Our homestead began with a simple goal: to create something meaningful from the ground up. What started as a small effort to grow our own food and roast great coffee quickly became a passion for sharing quality with our community.

After serving in the Army for 12 years, Milam discovered a deep appreciation for truly exceptional coffee—coffee that’s carefully sourced, roasted with intention, and meant to be enjoyed. That passion became the foundation for what we do today.

Reagan, a well-known wedding photographer in Central Texas and the Austin area, brings creativity and attention to detail into every part of our homestead. From how we grow our produce to how we roast and present our coffee, we believe the little details matter.

Together, we’ve built a homestead focused on fresh-grown produce, premium roasted coffee, and doing things the right way—honestly, thoughtfully, and with heart.
